Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the toorow product and website. Please read them carefully.
This draft is provided in good faith and describes how the product is intended to work, but it has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Have qualified counsel review and adapt it — including the governing-law and liability provisions — before relying on it.

Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, joining the waitlist, or otherwise using toorow, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and any organisation you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Where a separate signed agreement exists between your organisation and toorow, that agreement prevails over these terms to the extent of any conflict.
The service
toorow is a marketing-data analytics product. It connects your marketing sources, lets you govern the business context and definitions behind your metrics, and produces cited, configurable reports that can be surfaced inside the AI host you already use. The service is under active development and specific features may change over time.
Accounts and eligibility
The service is intended for business use by professionals acting on behalf of an organisation. You must provide accurate registration details, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to breach security or access data you are not authorised to access, no interference with the platform’s integrity or availability, and no use of the service to process data you have no right to process. We may suspend access where use threatens the security or stability of the platform or other customers.
Customer data and ownership
You retain all rights in the marketing data you connect or send us. We do not claim ownership of it. We process it only to provide the service, on your instructions, and in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any applicable data processing terms. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to connect a source and to have us process the data it returns.
Inbound email and file ingestion
Where you use inbound file ingestion, you send files to a per-datastream address of the form ds_<token>@ingest.toorow.com. Treat that address as a credential: anyone who can send to it can add data to your datastream. Only send data you are authorised to process, and keep the address confidential. We process received files solely to load them into the datastream you configured.
Third-party connectors
The service connects to third-party platforms that you authorise. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms, and their availability, data, and behaviour are outside our control. We are not responsible for a third party changing, restricting, or discontinuing its API or data.
Availability and warranties
We work to keep the service reliable, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce results that meet a specific requirement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable mandatory law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, toorow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or relating to your use of the service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
Term and termination
These terms apply for as long as you use the service. You may stop using it and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if we must do so to protect the platform, other customers, or to comply with law. On termination we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy and any applicable data processing terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. When we make a material change we will update the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the competent French courts have jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law grants you a different forum. The final published version will confirm the operating entity and venue.
